Abib Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 23, 2026
1. International Returns & Exceptions
Please note that we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
However, any issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact our Customer Service team with your order number and detailed pictures of the outer box showing the shipping label, as well as the damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will evaluate the issue and assist you if damage, a defect, or an incorrect item is confirmed.
Please kindly note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, reshipment, or compensation. Each case will be reviewed based on the information provided.
2. Lost or Damaged Packages After Delivery
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. Abib is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed to the correct shipping address. In such cases, Abib is unable to offer refunds, reshipments, or compensation.
3. Refunds for Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, service disruptions, customs duties, local customs inspections, failure to provide required customs documents or information, such as a Customs ID Number or invoice, in a timely manner, or other carrier-related issues.
Abib is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors and will not issue refunds for shipping fees or the order total in such cases. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, local holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
4. Customs Duties & Clearance Responsibility
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are included in the product price.
Customers are responsible for providing any required customs clearance documents or information, such as a Customs ID Number or invoice, requested by the carrier or local customs authorities.
5. Order Cancellation & Changes
Once an order has been processed for shipment or handed over to the carrier, cancellations, order holds, address changes, or shipping method changes are no longer possible. Any requests after shipment must be handled directly with the carrier, where applicable.
6. Returned Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, responding to carrier or customs requests, paying any applicable customs duties or fees, and collecting the package within the required timeframe.
If a package is returned to Korea due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to receive the package, unpaid customs duties or taxes, failure to provide required customs clearance documents or information, inability to contact the recipient, or failure to pick up the package, the order will be considered non-refundable.
In such cases, Abib will not be able to provide a refund, reshipment, or compensation.
Please kindly note that returned international shipments may incur additional return shipping fees, customs fees, handling fees, or other related charges, which may be billed to Abib. These costs are incurred regardless of whether the customer receives the package.
